一起新疆出血热院内暴发的调查

Investigation on A Nosocomial Outbreak of Xinjiang Hemorrhagic Fever(XHF)

本文记载了1973年发生在新疆阿瓦提县医院一起新疆出血热的暴发流行。病人均为参与抢救或护理出血热患者的医务人员或其亲属。发病8例,死亡2例,病死率25.0%。病人潜伏期为3~4天,流行持续12天。密切接触病人而缺乏个人防护是暴发的主要原因。

An outbreak of Xinjiang hemorrhagic fever (XHF) was recorded at Awati hospital in Xinjiang in 1973. The sufferers were medical workers or relatives of the patients participating in rescuing or nursing the patients with XHF. Of eight patients, two died, the fatality rate was 25.0%. Most patients had an incubation period of 3～4 days. The outbreak, which covered for 12 days, was due to the close contact with XHF patients and lack of private protection measures.
