CABG病人应用口服糖预处理策略的安全性评估

目的 :评估口服糖预处理策略在冠状动脉旁路移植手术 (CABG)病人中应用的安全性。方法 :30例择期CABG患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,对照组按术前8h禁食 ,4h禁水的常规准备方案 ,实验组在此基础上于术前晚加服16.7 %的葡萄糖溶液600ml,术前3h再加服同浓度葡萄糖溶液300ml,通过麻醉诱导前行鼻胃管插管测定胃残余量和PH值并结合APACHE -2评分评估两组患者的病情轻重程度。结果 :两组患者残余胃液量及胃液PH值差别无显著性 (P>0.05) ,同时患者术前及术后第一天APACHE -2评分组间差别亦无显著性 (P>0.05)。结论 :术前3h饮用16.7%的葡萄糖溶液 。
