布洛芬混悬液对小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴高热的退热作用观察

The treatment response of the brnfen suspension for children with fever of acute upper respiratory infection.

目的 比较布洛芬混悬液与传统退热方法的疗效。方法 将100例急性上呼吸道感染伴高热患儿分成2组,分别用布洛芬混悬液口服和传统退热方法治疗,现察两组患儿在2h内体温变化的情况。结果 两种方法有显著差异,治疗组明显优于对熙组(X2=62,P<0.01)。结论 布洛芬混悬液对急性上呼吸道感染伴高热有明显效果,且安全,药物依从性好,患儿易于接受。

Objective:To compare the clinical treatment response of the brufen suspension and conventional defervescen ways. Methods:To select 100 children with fever sympton of acute upper respiratory infection.The patients were divided into two groups at random .Treatment group took brufen suspension cyally.
