The Combined use of Captopril and Isosorbide in the Treatment of Heart Failure 200 cases clinical analysis

巯甲丙脯酸与消心痛联用治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF) 2 0 0例 ,治疗前后的主要症状、体征、心功能 ,肝功能和肾功能指标与单用洋地黄 ,单用巯甲丙脯酸进行了对照分析 ,结果表明巯甲丙脯酸与消心痛联用治疗充血性心力衰竭 ,其疗效高于以往报道的洋地黄类药物和单剂巯甲丙脯酸治疗充血性心力衰竭。

patients of congestive heart failure treated with combined use of captopril and isosorbide, compared with control group which treated with digitalis or simply captopril, showed that the curative effect were higher.
