摘要
成人学生越来越多,已成为学生的主体,但有的成人教育者却对课程设置的目的及其作用不清楚.本文旨在澄清成人教育哲学理念,阐明其益处,供我国的成人教育者参考、借鉴,以便更好地提高我国成人学生的文化水平.
Adult students are becoming more numerous in the student body, but some of the adult educators are not clear about the purpose of the curriculum, and are confused about their role as a teacher. This paper attempts to identify and clarify philosophies, beliefs and benefits for adult educators so that adult educators may better serve all adult learners in China.
