大学生职业素质的高低 ,是影响大学生职业选择的关键。对大学生职业素质的培养应贯穿于整个大学阶段。学校应设立专门的机构 ,配备相应的设施 ,让更多的教育工作者掌握必要的辅导方法 。

College students' professional competence decides whether they can succeed in making a career choice. The improving of their professional competence cannot afford any stop during the four college years. A specialized department should be set up, every facility needed should be provided, and every educator should learn counseling skills, so that this goal can be achieved.
