Reflections on Protection of the Rights and Interests of Women Workers in Non-public Enterprises

改革开放以来,非公企业女工权益保障问题日益突出,本文对存在问题及原因作了分析,并建议进一步推动政府监管工作的强化,要强化女工权益保障的制度安排,完善女工权益的表达机制,构建女工援助社会化体系,以及加强女工权益保障的理论研究。

The question on the protection of the rights and interests of women workers in non-public enterprises has stood out increasingly prominently since the initiation of the reform and opening-up. This paper analyses the problems existing in this respect and their causes, and puts forth a number of proposals for: strengthening government supervision, improving arrangements for rights and interests protection, perfecting the mechanism for rights and interests manifestation, establishing a public system for aid to women workers, and intensifying theoretical research on women workers' rights and interests protection.
