Development of Chinese rehabilitative cardiology

中国传统康复医学源远流长。中国现代康复心脏病学发展也很快。1991年中国康复医学会心血管病专业委员会(Cardiovascular Committee of Chinese Association Medicine,CCCARM)成立。该会1992年创办了《心血管康复医学杂志》,先后制定了《中国心肌梗塞康复程序参考方案》,《心脏分级运动试验结果判定标准》,《冠心病人康复危险分层法》,出版了《康复心脏病学》等专著。开展急性心肌梗死康复医疗的单位已发展至19个省、市的许多医院,成功进行了有心力衰竭等合并症的急性心肌梗死的康复医疗。近年心脏康复对防治冠脉介入治疗后的再狭窄做出了宝贵贡献。研究证明运动,控制冠心病危险因素可减少再狭窄,其机制与康复运动使血NO、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平升高,血内皮素水平下降有关。在冠心病等的危险因素及衡量病情严重程度、判断预后的指标方面也有丰硕的成果。《心血管康复医学杂志》被评为中国科技核心期刊。1997年中国康复医学会心血管病专业委员会主任委员被选为世界心肺康复委员会的委员,实现了与国际的接轨。

The development of Chinese rehabilitative cardiology may be summarized as follows according 181 theses published in 1998 - 2002. The Chinese traditional rehab medicine has a long history. Chinese cotemporary《Rehabilitative Cardiology 》 developed quickly also. In 1991, Cardiovascular Committee of Chinese Association of Rehab Medicine (CCCARM) was founded. 《Reference scheme of Chinese acute myocardial infarction program for rehab》,《Interpretive criteria of graded exercise test results》,《Chinese risk stratification for cardiac rehab of coronary heart disease 》 were drafted. The 《Rehabilitative Cardiology 》,《Chinese Journal of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine》 (ISSN 1008 - 0074, http://www. wanfangdata. com. cn,//www. cnki. net/xxgk) published. Many hospitals in 19 provinces carried out the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) rehab therapy, successfully performed rehab therapy for AMI patients with complication such as congestive heart function. There were significance achievements in rehab after PTCA and CABG. Study results indicated that exercise and control risk factor of coronary heart disease can decrease restenosis rate, its mechanism was correlation with serum nitric oxide (NO), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) level increased and endothelins level decreased. There were many reports for index evaluating prognosis of heart disease in rehab medicine. .In 1997 Dr LIU Jiang-sheng (president of CCCARM) was elected to become a council member of the World Council for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, thus realized connected with international association.
