My Views on Improving the Quality of E-learning

针对目前我国网络教育质量存在的问题,从网络教育的定位、质量监控、实现过程等方面提出了提高网络教育质量的一些看法。

As far as the current quality problems of E-learning is cone ered, this article presents some views on how to improve the quality of E-learning from locating, quality control and implementation procedure of E-learning.
