通过描述支盘成形机的工作过程 ,研究了支盘成形机工作时的负荷变化规律和负荷循环图 ,总结出了支盘成形机工作过程中表现出来的一些特殊性 ,分析了支盘成形机施工作业的质量指标及其重要性 。

This article firstly describes the working process of the prop shaping machine, then studies the changing rule of the working load and its circulation graph. Some particularities in the working process are found. It also analyses the requirements and importance of the construction quality of the machine, and discusses the influence of the utmost working load of the prop shaping machine to the extruding density of the inside wall of the prop and to the resulting construction quality.
