本文介绍了环糊精对各种有机、无机和金属有机客体的包合作用以及在医药、食品等方面的应用 .
Cyclodextrins (CDs) are macrocyclic oligosaccharides consisting of six or more D- (+) glucose residues linked through α-1, 4 bonds. These molecules have large cylindrical cavities to form inclusion complexes with a wide variety of objects which are small enough to fit into their central cavities. This paper reported the including function of Cyclodextrins with organic, inorganic and organometallic objects, and their application in medicine, food, etc.
