摘要
研制一种沸石保鲜剂 ,对跃变型水果、香蕉等进行了常温下的保鲜实验 .保鲜期间分别对感官指标、霉腐程度、维生素C、总糖、总酸、水份等观察和测定 ,取得了较满意的效果 .
Antistaling Agent has been made fresh fruits such as apples and bananas at room temperature. During being fresh, the sense organ index sign, mildewed degree, Vitamin C, total sugar, total acid and moisture content were observed and investigated, respectively. The results obtained are satisfactory.
