摘要
在对旋压和拉拔工艺的研究基础上,通过对传统拉拔机的关键部件——模座进行技术改造,增加一个旋压装置,设计了一套行星传动机构来控制旋转的纵向和径向进给,使得工件能够边拉拨边旋压,提出了一种实现旋压——拉拔联合成型的途径。
On the base of research of the technologies on drawing and stretch planishing, through improving the key part of traditional cold drawing bench-model foundation, adding a set of spinning equipment, and designing aset of planetary gearing, by which we can control rollers; vertical and radical movement, the workpiece can be drawn and rolled at the same time, so we try to put up an effectivo and feasible way to implement combined compaction of drawing and stretch planishing.
