对解决“三农”问题的几点思考

“三农”问题是困扰我国经济和社会发展的难题 ,针对目前很多学者提出的以工业化和城市化来解决此问题的观点 ,作者对其在我国的适用性和可行性提出了质疑 ,并作了理论的分析。指出解决“三农”问题的根本点还是要加强农业在国民经济中的地位 ,与此同时 ,提出了要从战略上改变和调整农业的发展方向、加强国家对农业的支持和加强工业与农业的有机结合等合理化建议。
