摘要
本文从贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想、全面实现小康社会目标的高度,针砭和整合传统的农村社会救 助体系,提出了建立新型农村社会救助制度的思路。
This paper, attaching great importance to implementation of the 'Three Represent' s' theory and to complete realization of moderate prosperity, points out the errors of the traditional rural social assistance system, offers salutary advice and puts forward a thought of founding a new rural social assistance system.
