摘要
以深化高等教育实用型人才培养问题的研究,加快利用现代信息技术构建开放教育网络,完善远程教学质量保证体系和支持服务体系为基本目的的“中央电大人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目正式启动已逾4年,经过全面、科学、严谨的“中期评估”,对“试点”所取得的大量成果及尚待整改的问题获取了丰富而翔实的意见与资讯,根据教育部评估课题专家组反馈意见与分析研究,提出了持久、深入开展“试点”项目的意见与建议,并初步形成了“终结性评估”的基本思路和实施要点。
With purposes of deepening the study on cultivation of practical intelligent through higher ed-ucation,constructing open education network by modern information technologies, and improving teaching quality guarantee system & supporting system,'The Reforming and Testing Project of Intelligent Education Model in CCRTVU' has been enforced for 4 years.After the whole-ground, scientific and strict 'Mid-term Evaluation', lots of suggestion and information has been got on the fruits and present problems of the project. Based on the opinions and analysis of evaluation expert team from Ministry of Education,the author presents advice on deepening this project in a long term, and initially forms out the basic thoughts and gist of 'Final Evaluation'.
