摘要
本研究旨在探讨电子导师参与职前教师网络论坛讨论活动之引导风格与影响。透过网络论坛文章与问卷,分析五位电子导师初始议题、回应问题与进行沟通的方式,并观察其所带来的效应,最后提出电子导师引导网络论坛理想的方式。
The research is aiming to probe the tutoring style and its influence of E-tutors in network forum with pre-working teachers. Through articles and questionnaires, the authors analyze the initial themes, reaction to questions and communicating mode from five E-tutors.They also observe its reactions and finally presents the ideal mode for E-tutors in Network Forum.
