摘要
现代远程教育从理念到实践的先进性,决定了教师职业分化的现实及发展趋势。本文试图从教师职业背景的变化与演进,阐明现代远程教育中教师这一“人件”变化的社会性趋向;从教师职业角色功能的演进,发现现代远程教育中教师职业分化的必然;从教师职业的分类,说明现代远程教育中教师职业的分化走势。
Due to the advanced idea and practice of modern distance education, the splitting-up of teachers' profession is becoming realistic and a trend. From the evolution of teachers' profession, the author tries to explain the social trend; from the evolution of teachers' role, to discover the certainty of the splitting-up; from the classifying of teachers' professions, to introduce the trend of splitting-up in modern distance education.
