摘要
实施素质教育是一项系统工程.它受到众多因素的影响。文章分析了素质教育与时间、空间、应试教育、考试、成绩、学分制、教育者素质及课堂教学之间的关系,阐述了作者对有效开展素质教育的观点。
To carry out the all - around education is a systematic project. It is affected by many factors. In this article, the author analyses the relations between all - around education and related factors, such as time, space, examination - oriented education, examination, achievements, the credit system, the quality of the educator, and the classroom teaching. Inaddition, the author also explains how to implement a useful all - around education.
