摘要
从人力资源开发的角度分析了目前高校图书馆的管理现状,引证了激励理论在图书馆人力资源管理实践中的作用,进一步探讨了高校图书馆激励模式的建立及其意义。
In this paper, we analyzed the status quo of college library administration based on the exploitation of manual labor resources, cited the effects of encouraging theory on the practice of manual labor resources management and further discussed the establishment and its significance of encouragement model in college li-brary.
