摘要
分析了目前常规的ECRM (ElectronicCustomerRelationshipManagement)的结构原理和框架模型 ,提出了与之不同的基于商务网站ECRM的结构原理和框架模型 ,并对其进行了原理性、技术性与可行性的分析探讨 。
By analyzing the structural theory and frame model of the normal ECRM, the authors introduce a different theory and model based on the commercial website, and makes analyses on its theory, technology and application in order to make references to the research on the intelligent system based on the abovementioned ECRM.
