摘要
利用有关财务理论对我国上市公司的融资行为进行分析 ,指出其行为的动机和不足之处 。
By analyzing the financing behavior of listed companies with the relevant finance theory, the paper points out the motives and the disadvantages of the companies' financing behavior and makes some suggestions.
