烟尘特性对电除尘器性能的影响分析

On the Influence of Ash Characters Upon ESP

电除尘器对外界条件的变化较为敏感 ,很多因素如烟尘的特性、烟气的性质、除尘器的结构、人为操作因素等都会导致电除尘器性能的改变。其中烟尘特性是影响电除尘器性能的重要因素 ,燃料种类、混合比、燃烧方式或其它条件发生变化时 ,都会改变烟尘的特性。本文从不同方面分析了烟尘特性对电除尘器性能的影响 ,对提高电除尘器的运行水平具有一定的指导作用。

ESP is sensitive to many things such as Ash characters,gas Characters,sturctures of itself and staff operating.Among them,ash characters are important for the working property of ESP.When the coal type,burning conditions or others are modified,ash characters shall be changed.In this paper,an analysis of the influence of ash characters upon ESP is given.It will be of help to the operation of ESP.
