开发Internet条件下的变电运行集成管理系统 ,实现无人值班、少人值守后变电工区及下属各操作队、变电站、监控中心运行管理工作的无笔化作业 ,达到运行管理的实时、在线控制。系统主要包括运行日志、记录管理、缺陷 /台帐管理、工作票 /操作票管理、安全管理及运行报表等六个模块。充分利用Web技术和Sybase数据库通过光缆互联网络 ,将手工状态下的办公作业移植到网络上 ,并把分散的运行各子系统集成整合到一个共享式系统平台中。该系统使用组件技术 ,并注意其可移植性 ,方便以后系统功能的扩展 ,具有集程度高 ,实用性强 ,功能完善 ,可扩展性能好等特点 ,同时还具备远程维护能力和集中式代码管理等功能。

the collective and managerial system of the electric power operation is developed in the condition of internet, it can achieve the nopaper work of the electric power operating administration in electrical operating department and its underling including operating teams, substations, and its control center. This system includes principally six module such as operating journal, records administration, defects/ data administration, work-tickets/operation-tickets administration, secure administration and operating forms. Through network, the system makes use of the Web technology and sybase database to transplantate the work by hand to network, and incorporate the scattered hyposystems to a common system. This system uses the component technology and pays attention to transplantation to be beneficial to its enlargement in the function. It has such features as high assembly, great utility, perfect functions and good enlargement, and it also can upkeep remotely and administrate concentratedly.
