摘要
电力设计企业作为知识密集型企业 ,其专业结构、技术水平和发展方向决定了它应该实行人本化管理。为此 ,作者针对电力设计企业的特点提出了几点具体建议 ,包括设计良好的激励机制 ,为员工提供充分的学习和培训机会 ,创造良好的工作环境 ,建设特色企业文化 ,实施职能与职位分离制度。
As the knowledge-intensive company, electronic designing enterprise should execute humanistic management based on its special structure, technology level and development orientation. So the author of this article propose a series of material suggestion for electronic power designing enterprise, including designing a appropriate inspiriting mechanism, providing adequate learning and training opportunities for employee, creating better working conditions, constructing characteristic corporate culture, executing the separate system between function and position, improving the treatment for engineering technical personel, etc.
