On Establishment of Support System of China's Agriculture during Products Changing Period

在构建市场经济体系的进程中,尽管我们尊重市场规律,但农业仍是一个需要政府特殊保护的产业,而在我国现阶段对农业的保护中却存在诸多遗憾。为了农业本身及整个国民经济的发展,政府应发挥其积极作用,尽快建立起市场化与国际经济一体化条件下的农业支撑体系。

In the course of establishing the market economy system, agriculture remains to be an industry to be protected with exception by the government, although we obey market rules. But at this stage there exist many deficiencies in agriculture protection. To develop agriculture itself and the entire national economy, the government ought to play her positive role to establish support system of agriculture under the integration of market-oriented and international economy. 
