The rise of today's culture industry resulted from the evolution of high technology, growing demand for culture consumption plus market operation. The culture industry is characteristic of integration, high intelligence, mutual fusion and openness. At the same time some new phenomena of culture development are emerging, namely pluralism of cultural concept, diversification of existence form, non-linear of acceptance way as well as development imbalance of unitary situation.
