有唐既没 ,西蜀、南唐取代中原成为五代文学的两个中心。适应着舞榭歌台的需要 ,西蜀、南唐词大大繁盛起来 ;醉入花间是他们共同的主题取向 ,而流宕忘返与伤感哀怨又构成了南唐、西蜀词各自的情感特色。

Xishu and Nantang Dynasties replaced Zhongyuan central plains (comprising the middle and lower reaches of the Huanghe River) and became two centers of the Five Dynasties culture. To satisfy all demands of dancing pavilions and singing platforms, Ci of Xishu and Nantang Dynasties bloomed widely. Their common theme was drunk with beauties, while indulging in beauties without stop and sickness and plaintiveness are their separate emotional characteristics.
