摘要
现代运动训练水平日益提高 ,运动训练和竞赛的负荷越来越大 ,因此运动性疲劳及恢复手段越来越受到人们的重视 ,从基础理论角度了解运动训练后疲劳产生的机制并有效地消除疲劳对提高运动训练水平 。
As the modern level of sports training increasingly develops, the load of sports training and contest is heavier and heavier, so sports fatigue and its recovery are ever highly valued. Based on the aspect of basic theory, the paper analyzes the mechanism which produces fatigue after sports training, and it is of great significance to enhance sports training level and build up health in theory and practice.
