高校的思想政治工作内容可谓丰富复杂 ,但不管从哪个角度进行这项工作 ,都要突出培养学生的政治素质、理论素质、思想素质和道德素质。所谓政治素质就是政治意识、立场和方向 ;所谓理论素质就是理论认识、思辨能力。所谓思想素质就是指与具体人所承担的历史使命相一致的认识水平、境界和思想觉悟等 ;所谓道德素质就是从事特定工作时在道德范畴内对人的要求。

The content of the political thought's work i s rich and complicated.No mather how to do the work,it's necessary to show the s tudents' political thought,political quality;theoretic quality and moral quality .The political quality means the political consciousness,the theoretic quality m eans the theoretic understanding.The political thought means the level of unders tanding of certain man.The moral quality means a reguirement to man who is takin g up a particular work.
