摘要
在教育改革的环境下 ,培养创造型人才显得尤为重要 ,作为教师应尽快转变观念 ,完善能力结构 ,找准教学中的重点、难点和突破点 。
Under the circumstances of reforming,it see ms especially important to caltivate creative person.As a teacher,in order to suit ourselves to the needs of open education,we should change our view of teaching,perfect our teaching ski ll,and find the difficulties and importances in teaching.
