“德刑并用”在我国有着悠久的传统。当前我国的治国方略 ,应当坚持社会主义法治和社会主义德治的紧密结合。道德建设以其说服力和劝导力来影响社会成员 ,在治国中发挥着重要作用。我国的德治是完全新型的社会主义德治 ,既植根于中华民族传统道德 ,又继承和发扬了我党的政治思想工作和精神文明建设的优良传统。实施“以德治国”不会影响“依法治国”,也不会导向“人治”。
