Development is the absolute principle.”To be on demand, the higher educationa l institutions have to be developed in order to meet the challenge of existence, to cultivate qualified intellectuals for the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to make contributions to the all-round development of the s ociety. As for the newly founded 4-year program universities, the main task at p resent is to grasp the opportunity to accelerate the development in a leaping ov er way. However, all the human behaviors are inevitably limited by the concepts. So, to realize the development of universities of such kind, updating the educa tional concepts is of vital importance.
