马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论,是指未来共产主义社会人的能力、社会关系、个性自由而全面发展。江泽民同志将人的全面发展提前到社会主义初级阶段并作为其本质特征,将发展的对象扩展到广大人民群众,将人与社会的发展和自然的和谐纳入人的全面发展之中,是对马克思主义人学理论的发展和创新。这样就把党的最高纲领和最低纲领结合起来,把人的发展与“三个代表”有机结合起来,把人的发展与提高全民族素质有机结合起来,具有重大实践意义。
