Changes of Activity of Starch Branching Enzyme in Kernel During Grain Filling Stage in Winter Wheat Cultivars Containing Different Gluten Planting in the Different Soil Types

摘要 种植在粘土、壤土和沙土中的 3个面筋含量高、中、低的冬小麦品种灌浆期间籽粒中淀粉分支酶 (SBE)活性变化均呈单峰曲线 ,开花后 2 0d达到峰值。面筋含量高的品种在粘土和沙土上种植的SBE活性较高 。 Three winter wheat cultivars containing high, middle and low gluten planting in the clay, loam and sandy soil were used to study the changes of starch branching enzyme(SBE) activity in kernel during grain filling stage. The main results showed that changes of SBE activity of three cultivars had a single peak curve, the peak appeared in 20 d after anthesis. The SBE activity of the cultivar containing high gluten planting in the clay and sandy soil was higher, but that of the cultivars containing middle and low gluten planting in the clay and loam soil was higher.
