Discussion on the legal conflicts in regard to the Internet

人类进入 2 1世纪 ,互联网再也不像刚问世时那样被认为是远离法律的一片净土。互联网的发展在强劲地提升着现代文明的同时 ,也随之带来了各种负面影响。文章列举了近年来发生在互联网上多种形式的法律纠纷 ,如域名争议、著作权纠纷、网络隐私、网络盗版及邮箱收费等 ,并对这些案例作初步的探讨与分析 。

The development of the Internet has brought about various kinds of negative effects despite the great improvements in the modern civilization,and the Internet has no longer been regarded as a pure land far away from the law as it used to be in the beginning. In this paper,many kinds of legal conflicts in regard to the Internet in the recent years are enumerated, such as disputes of domain name, conflicts of copyright, intimacy and pirate on Internet and pay mailbox. And these cases are analyzed preliminarily for the purpose of arousing public attentions to the Internet legislation.
