从信息化的概念与层次入手 ,探讨了企业信息化的基本概念 ,以及企业信息化建设的任务。研究表明 ,要实现企业信息化 ,就必须推行企业信息化建设过程 ,对企业信息化进行科学合理的指导和管理。同时 ,该文从人们对于电子商务的不同理解入手 ,阐述了企业必须开展电子商务的理由 。

The concept and levels of informatization are introduced,and the basic concept and task of the enterprise informatization are discussed. In order to realize the enterprise informatization, the construction work must be carried out with scientific direction and reasonable management. Meanwhile, the people's different understanding of E business is discussed,and the causes why E business is necessary for the enterprise are expounded. It is also pointed out that E business should be the long term goal of the enterprise informatization construction in China.
