Construction and harmonization of virtual enterprises

首先阐述了虚拟企业产生的背景 ;然后从识别、组建、运行、中止 4个阶段来分析虚拟企业的生命周期 ,论述了虚拟企业构建过程中的关键要素 ;最后从企业文化的角度论述了虚拟企业的协调 ,同时对我国虚拟企业发展现状。

The background of the virtual enterprise is discussed, and four phases of the virtual enterprise lifecycle is analyzed, i.e. the phases of recognition, construction, operation and termination. The key elements in the developing process are presented and the harmonization of virtual enterprises is expounded in view of enterprise culture. Meanwhile, the present situation and existing problems of the virtual enterprise development in China are discussed and countermeasures presented.
