对射击弹壳上几种痕迹特征变化的分析

On Character Changes of Several Kinds of Marks on Fired Cartridge Cases

射击弹壳上的痕迹反映枪支与弹壳接触部位的形状、表面结构特点,且痕迹形成时的作用力较大,痕迹明显,特定性强,易于认识和比对,是区分发射枪种、认定发射枪支的重要依据。然而,痕迹的稳定性是相对的,变化是绝对的,枪支在发射时,由于各种因素的影响,射击弹壳上的痕迹也在一定范围内存在变化,有时同一支枪形成的同一种痕迹甚至可能存在明显差异。痕检技术人员必须对这种非本质变化的形成因素进行研究,作出科学的、符合客观实际的检验鉴定结论。

The marks on fired cartridge cases reflect the shapes and superficial construction characters of the part which the guns contact the cartridge cases. The great applied force in forming marks, the obvious marks and strong specificity are important foundations and make them easier in distinguishing the kinds of fired guns and determining the fired guns. But the stability of marks is relative and the change is absolute. When guns are fired, influenced by some kinds of factors, the marks on cartridge cases change within certain limits. Sometimes, the same gun may have differences in forming the same kind of mark. So people of inspecting marks must study the cause of the insubstantial changes and draw scientific and practical inspecting and identification conclusions. 
