NP与EP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效观察

Observation of Near Therapeutic Effect of Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Treated with NP or EP Regimen

目的探讨NP与EP方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法用NVB+DDP(NP组)与VP-16+DDP(EP组)联合化疗方案分别治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌。观察其近期疗效,并相比较。结果NP组有效率为46.4％(18/28),EP组为34.6％(9/26),两者比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效显著,但副作用较多,必须引起重视。

Objective To evaluate near therapeutic effect of advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC), treated with NP regimen or EP regimen. Methods We have treated 54 patients with NSLCL using the combine chemotherapy regimen NVB plus DDP or VP16 plus DDP, respectively, and observed their early therapeutic effect. Results The overall response rate of group A was 46.4 %, and group B was 34.6%. There was significant differently in survival rate between group A and group B. Conclusion The NP regimen is better chemotheraty regimen for advanced NSCLC, but there are may side effects in NP regimen and must avoid them.
