心脑康胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛45例临床观察

Clinical Study on the Effect of Xinnaokang in Treatment of Angina

目的观察心脑康胶囊对冠心病心绞痛的治疗作用。方法应用随机对照观察心脑康胶囊和硝苯吡啶对心绞痛的疗效。结果心脑康组用药后不仅心绞痛临床症状明显缓解,且能改善心电图表现,心电图总有效率为83.7%,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脑康胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效优于硝苯吡淀。

Objective To observe the treatment effect of Xinnaokang in treatment of angina.Methods The effect of oral Xinnaokang and Nifedipine were compared.All drugs were given randomly.Results It showed that Xinnaokang could alleviate the symptoms of angina and also improve the abnormal electrocardi- gram,the total effective rate was 83.7% .The effect of Xinnaokang group wasbetter than other one(P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of Xinnaokang group was better than Nifedipine in Treatment of angina.
