血浆置换治疗慢性重型肝炎疗效分析

Evaluation of the theraPeutic effect of plasma exchange on chronic severe hepatitis

目的分析应用血浆置换治疗慢性重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法对42例慢性重型肝炎患者在综合保肝治疗基础上给予血浆置换治疗。结果早期好转率85.71%,中期好转率33.33%,差异具有非常显著性意义。结论血浆置换是慢重肝较为安全有效的治疗手段,宜在早期应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of plasma exchange in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis.Methods 42 patients suffering from chronic hepatitis gravis received a combined hepatotheragy with plasma exchange.Results The response rates of chronic-hepatitis gravis in early stage and middle stage were 85.71% and 33.33%,respectively.Conclusion Plasma exchange is an effective and safe means to treat chronic severe hepatitis,especially in early stage.
