摘要
目的探讨麦滋林-s对胃溃疡和慢性胃炎的疗效及对胃黏膜的保护作用。方法按随机分类方法对104例患者治疗观察。结果治疗组S_2期获得率明显高于对照组,治疗前后氨基己糖变化有显著差别,对照组则无明显差异。结论麦滋林-s对胃黏膜有保护作用,对巩固疗效和减少溃疡复发很有意义,而对慢性胃炎疗效欠佳。
Objective To study M, Marzuline-s cure to gastric ulcer and chronic gastritis and protection to gastric mu- cosa. Methods 104 patients with gastric ulcer and chronic gastritis were watched and dassified at random. Results The cured patients' acquired percentage during S was higher than the no cured. The change of amidohexose was more different after cured. but the no cured patients were litter different. Conclusion Marzulene-s pretects gastric mucosa and consolidate result and is very important to decreace regeneration of ulcer but disatisfied with chronic gastritis.
