摘要
目的观察复肝汤治疗抗痨药物引起的肝损害的疗效。方法将49例抗痨药物引起的肝损害患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组24例。治疗组用复肝汤治疗:对照组口服肝泰乐,静脉点滴维生素 C、维生素 B_6,肌苷注射液。结果观察治疗前后临床症状改善和肝功能恢复情况,治疗组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复肝汤治疗抗痨药物引起的肝损害效果较好。
Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Fugantang on lesion of liver induced by anti- tube.Methods 49 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(25 cases)were treated with Fugantang and the control group(24 cases)were treated with oral administration of glucurolactone,instra- venous drip of vitamin B_6,vitaminC and inosine injection.Results By observing the improvement of clinical stsdrom and the recoverment of liver function before and after treatment,the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was puperior to that in the control group with a significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion FuGanTang treatment is abetter thrapy for lesion of liver induced by anti-tube drugs.
