摘要
“安然事件”引起了人们对诚信的反思。关于诚信问题有不少专家和学者进行过研究,但一般将诚信当作一个道德问题来理解。文章运用博弈论和Avner Grief模型,通过对诚信建立及其机制的探讨,提供了另一种解释:道德机制的软约束作用不能从根本上解决非诚信行为,要使人们讲求诚信,必须建立诚信制度。因此,在经济学里,诚信不是一个道德问题而应是一种制度。
Enron corporation bankruptcy' attracts people's attention to the topic about integrity. Many professors and scholars have argued the issue, but they have regarded integrity as an ethic issue. This thesis is intends to reach a conclusion by using Game Theory and Avner Grief Model: in economics, integrity isn' t just ethic but an institution.
