文章以美国安然公司破产为例,依据有关产业组织理论,从安然公司实施的混合一体化战略为出发点,分析公司在实施这一战略中出现的种种失误,并结合我国企业具体实践,提出企业实施混合一体化战略时,必须谨慎从事,不能离开主业一味多元化,要根据企业经营环境的变化,对不利于整体发展的分部或子公司采取剥离或分立的收缩战略。

On the theory of industrial organization, the thesis, taking the bankruptcy of the corporation Enron of the U. S. A as an example, analyzes the slips of the adopted stratagem of conglomerate integration of corporation. Then, combining the actual situation in China, the strategic proposals on how to practice the stratagem of conglomerate integration are put forward.
