摘要
女大学生择业难与女性就业中的不平等性尽管不是一个新问题,但近几年越来越引起妇女界的关注。就业的不平等问题实质上是性别歧视问题,它不仅会大大影响妇女群体的整体素质及其可持续发展,而且必将制约社会文明的发展。在市场转型时期,从我国的国情出发,采取有效的对策来缓解女性就业歧视问题,具有重要意义。
It is very difficult for girl college graduate to land a job and there exists inequality in employment for women. It is not a new problem. And it attracted more and more attention from women recently. By nature, this is an issue of gender discrimination. This would have an impact on the overall qualities of women and would deter their sustainable development, which would in turn set back the development of social civilization. Under the circumstance of market transformation and according to China's current conditions, we should take effective measures to weaken this discrimination in employment. That will be of great significance.
