摘要 教师、尤其是班主任必须承认班级非正式群体产生与存在的客观性。应该在认真分析其成因、性质特点和作用的基础上,给以正确的评价、合理的对待、积极的引导乃至适当的利用。只有当班级正式群体和非正式群体协调一致、互为补充,班级的目标、规范和活动能使每一个成员的需要都得到满足时,整个班级才能是一个有机的集体,班级的工作才能顺利开展。 Teachers, counselors in particular, should recognize that informal groups within a class is likely to and does exist. On the basis of careful analysis of the causes, characteristics and consequences, these groups should be evaluated appropriately, be treated rationally, be conducted positively for a specific purpose. Only if the class and the informal groups co-ordinate and supplement each other so that the objectives, codes and activities satisfy each individual member of the class, will the class be a collective organism and everything be carried out thoroughly and successfully.
