37例传染性非典型肺炎流行病学调查与讨论

The epidemic state and ponderation of the infection atypical pneumonia

目的 了解传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)流行病学的特点,提出相应的预防和控制措施。方法 采取现场调查、网上电子病历审查、电话询问等方法。结果 37例SARS患者的治愈率为89.2％,病死率8.1％,有接触史患者占37.8％。由于执行了严格的消毒隔离制度,医院内无任何人员感染发病。结论 SARS患者在年龄上以青壮年为多,职业类以商业餐饮食人员为多。

Objective To analyse the epidemic state of the infection atypical pneumonia, and to provide scientific evidence for making the control strategy. Methods The field investigation , and the inspecting of newwork case history and the inquiring telephone were collected and evaluated. Results Among 37 cases, the cured rate was 89.2 % , and the fatality rate was 8.1%, and the contact histroy cases was 37.8% .because we had done and followed the hospital system of disinfection and isolation,there was not anyone to infection the infectious atypical pneumonia.Conclusion The infection atypical pneumonia should be preventive and remedial.
