交换耦合稀土永磁微观结构优化及其实现途径 被引量:2

摘要 针对纳米复相永磁材料发展中存在的问题,阐述了交换耦合作用及其对微观结构的要求。在微观结构的优化方面提出了一些思路,并介绍了成分优化和制备工艺优化(熔炼、快淬及晶化)等实现途径,以更好地发挥该材料潜在的高性能。 With the problem existing in the development of nanocrystalline composite magnets, the mechanism of exchange coupling between the neighbor grains crossing the boundary and the effects of microstructure on this function were issued. Some new ideals about the optimize of microstructure were recommended, and the optimize of compositions and the improvement of the process including melting, rapid quenching and crystallization technics were provided in order to obtain potential excellent properties of the materials.
